To clean acryl bongs use dish soap, hot water, shake a bit and let it sit.
After that; if anything left in the bong, use dishsoap, a little bit of hot water (try to make no foam) and a bit of vegetable oil, that will help your sponge to take all the crap out.
Buy a new sponge after 4 or 5 times ;-)

the stuff you use to wash your dishes 
not normal soap that doesnt work as good then add some hot water and most of that left over just comes ryt off</description>
